Description

Potent and selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor (Ki = 3.4 nM)(ref 1). Induces reversion of ras-transformed cells to normal morphology (ref 2). Induces dedifferentiation of primordial germ cells into embryonic germ cells (ref 3). Cell permeable. Active in vivo.
