Immunogen
This Histone H2A antibody was raised against a mixture of synthetic peptides corresponding to amino acid residues 1-5 and 81-96 of human Histone H2A.
Buffer
PBS containing 0.05% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
Histone H2A pAb tested by Western blot.
Detection of Histone H2A by Western blot. The analysis was performed using PBMC whole-cell extract and Histone H2A pAb at a a 2 µg/ml dilution.
Storage
