Bcl10 (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 10 or BCL 10) protein promotes apoptosis and activation of NFκB (NFκB p50 and NFκB p65) via NIK and IKK (IKKα, IKKβ, IKKi/IKKε and IKKγ). Bcl10 protein contains a caspase recruitment domain (CARD) which interacts with other CARD domain containing proteins to regulate NFκB signaling. It is also a substrate for MALT1.
