for CAF-1 p150 antibody (mAb) (Clone 1)Background

CAF-1 p150 (Chromatin assembly factor-1 p150 subunit, CAF1A, CHAF1A) is the largest subunit of the CAF-1 complex that is required for the assembly of nucleosomes onto newly replicated DNA. Specifically, CAF-1 assists in the loading of the H3-H4 tetramer and may be involved in DNA damage repair.

for CAF-1 p150 antibody (mAb) (Clone 1)Immunogen

The CAF-1 p150 antobody was raised against full length CAF-1 purified from human 293 cells.

for CAF-1 p150 antibody (mAb) (Clone 1)Application Notes

This CAF-1 p150 antibody has been validated for use in immunofluorescence (0.5 - 2 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (2 - 10 µg per IP) and Western blotting (0.5 - 2 µg/ml). See references for details.
