for DR6 antibody (pAb)Background
DR6 (also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, member 21, TNFRSF21) is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor interacts with TRADD to mediate signal transduction of TNF receptors. It may activate NFκB (NFκB p50 and NFκB p65) and MAPK8/JNK and induce apoptosis.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Immunogen
This DR6 antibody was raised against a cytoplasmic domain corresponding to amino acid residues 371-655 of human DR6.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Application Notes
This DR6 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (1 - 2 µg/ml dilution). For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may also reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Buffer
PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Positive Control
Active Motif's HeLa whole-cell extract (Catalog No. 40050) can be used as a positive control for DR6 antibody.
DR6 pAb tested by Western blot analysis.
Western blot analysis of 30 µg of total cell lysate from Jurkat (lane 1), HeLa (lane 2), and Daudi (lane 3) cells tested at 2 µg/ml.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Storage
Antibodies in solution can be stored at -80°C for 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
for DR6 antibody (pAb)Guarantee
This product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.
This product is for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
