for DR4 antibody (mAb)Background
DR4 (also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, member 10a, TNFRSF10A, or TRAILR1) is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily that is activated by TRAIL and induces apoptosis.
for DR4 antibody (mAb)Immunogen
This DR4 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 1-20 of human DR4.
for DR4 antibody (mAb)Application Notes
This DR4 antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (2 - 4 µg/ml dilution), and reported to work in flow cytometry. For optimal results, primary antibody incubations should be performed at room temperature. The addition of 0.1% Tween 20 to all Blotto solutions may also reduce background. Individual optimization may be required.
for DR4 antibody (mAb)Buffer
PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
DR4 mAb tested by Western blot.
Detection of DR4 by Western blot. The analysis was performed using Daudi whole-cell extract and DR4 mAb at a 2 µg/ml dilution.
for DR4 antibody (mAb)Storage
Antibodies in solution can be stored at -80°C for 2 years. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
for DR4 antibody (mAb)Guarantee
