Immunogen

This Histone H2B antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 111-125 of human Histone H2B.

Buffer

PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.

 

Histone H2B pAb tested by Western blot.
Detection of Histone H2B by Western blot. The analysis was performed using PBMC whole-cell extract and Histone H2B pAb at a 2 µg/ml dilution.
