Recombinant HDAC9 (604-1066) protein that includes amino acids 604-1066 of human HDAC9 protein (accession number NP_848510.1) was expressed in Sf9 cells and contains an C-terminal FLAG-Tag with a molecular weight of 60.3 kDa. The purity of HDAC9 protein is >80% by SDS-PAGE.
