CUT&Tag

CUT&RUN（Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease）は、様々なクロマチン関連タンパク質とその修飾のゲノムワイドな分布を調べるために用いられるエピジェネティックな解析手法です。CUT&RUNはChromatin Immunocleavageの派生手法であり、抗体を利用してクロマチン関連マークおよびタンパク質をターゲットにするという点でクロマチン免疫沈降 (ChIP) に似ています。しかし、ChIPに比べて必要なサンプル量とシーケンス深度が少なくなっているため、希少なサンプル（最少5000 cells）にも適用可能な、有用な手法です。
