Immunogen
This Histone H2B antibody was raised against a peptide including the C-terminal region of histone H2B.
Buffer
Rabbit serum containing 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
Histone H2B pAb tested by Western blot.
Detection of Histone H2B by Western blot. The analysis was performed using HeLa acid extract and Histone H2B pAb at a 1:1,000 dilution.
Storage
