Immunogen
This yeast histone H2B antibody was raised against recombinant yeast histone H2B.
Buffer
Purified IgG in 70 mM Tris (pH 8), 105 mM NaCl, 31 mM glycine, 0.07 mM EDTA, 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic. For your convenience, an unpurified serum version (Catalog No. 39237) of this antibody is also available.

S. cerevisiae whole-cell extract (5 µg) probed with Histone H2B antibody (pAb) at 1 µg/ml.
