Extract Composition
HeLa Core Histones were purified from HeLa chromatin by hydroxylapatite column chromatography and are formulated in a storage buffer containing 10 mM HEPES pH 7.9, 1 mM EDTA, 10 mM KCl, 10% glycerol, 0.5 mM PMSF and 1 mM DTT.
Quality Control
HeLa Core Histones are tested in the Chromatin Assembly Kit (Catalog No. 53500).
